Payment of Goods by Cheque/Money Order.
Cheques must be made out to “Indigo Cat” to the amount on the order/invoice. Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of the funds and stock availability.
Payment of Goods by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT / Direct Deposit).
The customer is to deposit the money into the account of Indigo Cat, whose details can be found below. Goods will be dispatched upon clearance of the deposited funds and stock availability.

Clearance of Funds:
Indigo Cat will not be responsible for any errors or delays caused by any financial institutions while the payments are being processed.
Outstanding/Over Due Funds:
We reserve the right to Halt any work in progress, and also reserve the right not to start any new work, for Any Account or Client with Funds over due or outstanding.
Ownership of Goods:
All goods remain the property of Indigo Cat until full payment is received and/or funds cleared.
Assembly & Delivery:
All prices for items and Computer systems EXCLUDE assembly and delivery unless otherwise specified.
Responsibility for Delivery:
Indigo Cat ceases all responsibility for the goods upon handing to the carrier. We will do our best in resolving any delivery situations for you.
Warranties:
All parts are covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty will be void if goods are found tampered with, damaged, warranty devices (warranty stickers and labels) removed or broken. "No Fault Found" charges can be found in our Refund Policy.
Data Loss: No responsibility will be taken by Indigo Cat for direct or indirect data loss caused by any equipment purchased from this store, and/or products returned for warranty claims.
Suitability and Compatibility of Components:
No responsibility will be taken for the suitability or compatibility of any device for any specific use. It is the customer's responsibility, before purchasing, to ensure the item is suitable for the intended application and is compatible with their existing system/parts.
Return of Non-Faulty Equipment:
Indigo Cat will not normally return or exchange goods for change of mind purchases. All faulty equipment can be handled via warranty claims. In the event that Indigo Cat DOES decide to accept a return of non-faulty equipment a minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied. Order cancellations for in-stock items that have not yet shipped may attract a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
Delivery Timelines:
Indigo Cat takes no responsibility for the timeframe of delivery. All timeframes provided herewith are estimates only.

* Must be a new item with the exact make and model and have the same or greater warranty from an Australian retailer
* Excludes percentage off, special offers with conditions, grey market stock and errors
* Shipping cost may be extra for the item, and will have to be confirmed before the sale is completed
* Excludes labour and warranty costs on computer builds
* Valid for one item of each type per customer per order
* We reserve the right to refuse if the competitors shipping cost is greater than our shipping cost by an amount equal to or greater than the discount
